About the artist
Andrzej Borowski
Andrzej Borowski studied printmaking and painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków. He received his diploma in 1994, studying in the studio of Zbysław Maciejewski. His body of work includes landscapes, still lifes and sacred paintings. Travel and painting in the open air play an important role in his work. The exhibition "Barlumi" at the Camus Museo Camuno in Breno in 2023 presented his painting in Italy. The artist has also shown his works at Kersten Gallery many times — the list of exhibitions includes, among others, the years 1995, 1996, 1998, 2000, 2002 and 2008.
