About the artist
Tadeusz Król
TADEUSZ KRÓL – printmaker, painter, educator. Born in 1960 in Końskie. He studied from 1980 to 1985 at the Faculty of Graphic Arts of the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków under Prof. Stanisław Wejman. He has won prizes and awards in painting and graphic art competitions, including: a distinction at the Leon Wyczółkowski National Painting Competition in Bydgoszcz (1988), the Grand Prix at the 4th International Graphic Biennale in Lubin (1989), and the Grand Prix at the Bharat Bhavan Graphic Biennale in Bhopal, India (1995).
